Your well-being is our commitment.
So that everybody can have an excellent stay in our Residential, we request you to read the following:
- Our collection system, for the rental period, is when you come into the Residential.
- As the family environment is predominant, we ask you to keep your stereo systems, tv sets, cd players and etc low. You also need to avoid shouts, whistles or other behavior that disturbs the silence, especially at night.
- As it is a new site, embezzlement, furniture or painting scratches or other possible damages, when not solved by the customer, will be charged to the bill when the customer checks-out. Therefore, please check at the time of check-in if there is anything irregular and please advise.
- No furniture should be moved from the original place.
- Under no circumstances we allow more people than already agreed with the Residential.
- We don’t accept pets (cats, dogs, birds, etc.)
- We ask you not go into the apartment and use the cough and the beds with the body wet.
- When you come from the beach, please bath yourself on the courtyard, to clean the sand and the salt of the body. And also please dry yourself.
- Despite we keep the Residential under security we do not take responsibility for any accident, as well as robbery or theft.
If all of us do our duties and rights, your leisure time at AguaMar Residence will be wonderful and next season it will be a pleasure to have you again.
Responsability term
